From 2002 to 2021 I managed Walgreens stores here in Sarasota — multiple locations, some doing over $10 million a year, with 20-plus employees on the payroll. Retail at that level is relentless. You're responsible for the numbers, the people, and every customer who walks in unhappy, and you don't get to hide behind a corporate office when something goes wrong. I also grew the pharmacy side of the business by 10% through outside sales, which meant getting out into the community and earning trust from people who had no reason to give it to me yet. Twenty years of that shapes how a person works.
In 2021 I left to build Logic Inspection Services from the ground up. Hundreds of inspections later, we serve Sarasota and Manatee counties, and the standards I set on day one haven't moved. I'm a licensed Florida home inspector, HI-13966, and a member of InterNACHI, which keeps my training and standards current. I also hold a bachelor's in applied economics from Florida State. That's a strange line on an inspector's bio, but it's honest about how I think: I'm looking at your house as a system of costs and consequences over time, not a checklist of pass and fail.

Alongside buyer inspections, I do the insurance work Florida homeowners can't avoid: 4-point, wind mitigation, mold and air quality testing, and radon. Carriers rarely ask for everything at once. They come back with follow-ups, then more follow-ups. I've built my process around that, reports usually go out within 24 hours, and when your insurer circles back wanting one more photo or one more detail, I get it handled.
